We are International property investors, but on our website you won't find pages and pages of listings. We have chosen opportunities, developments and investment programmes that represent value and quality. We are ourselves investors in French leaseback and in the US market.

 

French investment (leaseback) & foreclosures via the distressed US market are diametrically opposed in their investment potential but each has a place and importantly a way of diversifying income streams into alternative currencies. France is very much a long term strategy offering a tax efficient, leveraged offering. The distressed US  market on the other hand is a far more speculative and cash only offering taking advantage of dramatic falls in property valuations and a booming rental market. We have stock available in the cities of Detroit and Tampa and both have suffered extreme collapses in valuations in recent years.

 

We have recently established a dedicated web site to promote property based investment Bonds from different suppliers. These secure and arms length investment vehicles enable Pension investors, armchair investors and investors with limited funds to also take advantage of the US property market.
